Strategic Diversity Sourcing: Application of Accel's rigorous strategic sourcing methodology with an emphasis on identifying qualified diverse suppliers for inclusion in a competitive bid process. We then provide clients with a report of diversity and savings opportunity by category.

Supplier Diversity Assessment: Thorough evaluation of a client's existing program along multiple dimensions including spend, policy, process, organization and technology relative to cross-industry "best in class".

Supplier Diversity Strategy: Our most comprehensive offering in this area. In addition to assessing client's current state along our evaluation criteria, we develop a solid understanding of regulatory, contractual and customer-specific factors driving the need for supplier diversity. We then provide client with a recommended strategy including diversity spend targets (overall and by category), strategies for targeted categories, process, organization and metrics & reporting.
